Over 450,000 register for Hajj in 24 Hours: Hajj Ministry

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah received over 450,000 requests for Hajj from inside the Kingdom during the first 24 hours of opening the registration portal, the Ministry announced on Tuesday.

The registration will continue for 10 days till June 23rd and 60,000 will be selected to perform Hajj this year.

The Ministry also revealed a priority list for the selection criteria,

Immune Status on Tawakalan is a mandatory requirement while, priority will be given to those who haven’t performed Hajj in the last 5 years, Priority will also be given to women who are above the age of 50 years and haven’t performed Hajj before.

Successful registrations can book their package starting from 15 Dhul Qadah 1442
