The aim of his visit was to ensure that the city is fully prepared to welcome the sacred month, which holds profound significance for Muslims worldwide.

During his visit, President Sheikh Sudais held discussions with the esteemed imams of Masjid an Nabawi regarding the schedule and arrangements for Taraweeh prayers, performed during the nights of Ramadan. These discussions focused on ensuring adequate arrangements to accommodate the influx of worshippers and to provide a spiritually enriching experience for all attendees.

An upcoming meeting with the imams of Masjid Al Haram is to take place soon and will address Taraweeh Schedule arrangements in the Grand Mosque.

Moreover, talks are understood to be centered around potential appointments of guest imams to lead the Taraweeh prayers alongside the permanent imams. Among the names being considered are prominent Imams.

The four Imams confirmed to be leading Taraweeh Prayers in Masjid Al Haram are Sheikh Baleelah, Juhany, Maher and The President Sheikh Sudais himself.
