Hajj Khutbah is to be transmitted in 14 languages

MAKKAH: The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques undertakes the project to translate the annual Hajj Khutbah delivered at Namirah Mosque in Arafat, Makkah

As Hajj is the main Islamic Event of the year, millions of Muslim tune in to listen and benefit from the Hajj Khutbah.

The Presidency for the Two Holy Mosques for years had begun translating and transmitting the Arafat Khutbah into various languages and reached up to 10 languages last year.

The Khutbah will be translated and transmitted simultaneously in 14 languages when the Khutbah will be delivered on Hajj afternoon.

The languages in which the Khutbah will be translated in English, French, Malay, Urdu, Persian, Russian, Chinese, Bengali, Turkish, Hausa, Spanish, Hindi, Tamil, and Swahili
