RIYADH: Hours after violence broke out between Israeli Occupation and factions of Palestinian Armed groups, The Foreign Ministry of Saudi Arabia has called for an immediate de-escalation and restoration of peace. In a statement, the ministry said:
“The Kingdom is closely following developments in the unprecedented situation between a number of Palestinian factions and Israeli occupational forces, which has resulted in a high level of violence taking place on a number of fronts there.
The Kingdom calls for an immediate halt to the escalation between the Palestinians and the Israeli occupation.
Saudi Arabia recalls its repeated warnings of the danger of the situation exploding in the occupied territories as a result of the continued occupation, the deprivation of the Palestinians of their legitimate rights, & the repetition of systematic provocations against their sanctities.”
